Yes, absolutely you can ... but you have to make sure that you let it dry out completely. You need to release the ammonia (that's that strong, awful odor that makes your eyes sting) before you apply it to your lawn or you will (chemically) burn the turf; i.e., kill the grass. Also, you probably want to screen the pellets to weed out any undigested seeds that would pop up in your lawn unwanted - I've been burned by that trick before. Just rub the manure through an aluminum window screen tacked to frame; use garden gloves to protect your hands. Not only will this weed out the ...weeds but it will make the manure a powder that is easier to spread. Dried chicken manure makes a great fertilizer - high in nutrients.
